MAMA’S PASTA Can you imagine pasta without that rich and vivacious topping? Neither can we . Create a truly memorable taste by mixing tagliatelle with MAMA’S homemade lutenica in tomato sauce. Enrich this masterpiece with few flavorful ingredients, such as parmesan and basil. Ingredients 250 grams tagliatelle 3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 small zucchini, chopped into small pieces ½ teaspoon chili powder or fresh chili pepper, chopped Salt & pepper Shredded parmesan cheese Instructions Cook pasta according to the package instructions. Save 1 cup of hot pasta water.In a large saucepan heat olive oil over medium-high heat, add onion, garlic and zucchini and cook until golden brown. Add chili pepper, salt & pepper to taste. Turn the heat off and add 1 jar of MAMA’S lutenica, stir to combine.Add pasta and stir to coat with the red sauce. Add a little bit of the saved pasta water if it’s a bit dry.Serve with shredded parmesan cheese.
MAMA’S MEXICANA (Roll up the burritos) Are you ready for a little fiesta? Free your imagination. Add MAMA’S baked beans and leave the piquant flavor from MAMA’S homemade Ajvar/Malizzano and the pleasant texture of the beans to tickle your senses. Add some yellow cheese, lettuce, olives and sour cream for overall experience. Ingredients
1 small onion, chopped into small pieces
1 small red sweet pepper, chopped into small pieces
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup of lettuce, chopped Salt and pepper to taste
1 jar (290g) MAMA’S Malizzano hot
1 jar MAMA’S Tavche Gravche
4 tortilla wraps
100 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions Heat a large pan over medium high heat.Add one tortilla wrap and cook on both sides until hot, soft and slightly browned.Remove from heat and sprinkle some of the mozzarella cheese on top. Add another tortilla wrap in the pan.In the meantime, over the hot tortilla wrap, spread one layer of MAMA’S malizzano, add chopped onion, tomato, pepper and tomatoes. Add a couple of tablespoons of Mama’s tache gravche, sprinkle some salt and pepper and roll tightly.Repeat steps with all tortilla wraps.
MAMA’S GALLO PINTO Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil
3-4 sprigs cilantro, chopped into small pieces 1 small onion, chopped into small pieces ½ small red sweet pepper, chopped into small pieces
½ small chili pepper, chopped 150 grams white rice 300-350 ml chicken broth or water
200 grams red or black beans (cooked or canned)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 jar (290g) MAMA’S Ajvar, Hot
2 eggs, fried
2 tortilla wraps, cut into pieces
Instructions In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium-high temperature. Add cilantro, red pepper and chili pepper if using. Cook until slightly soften. Add rice and stir to coat with the olive oil. Add water or broth, reduce heat to medium and cook for about 20 minutes or until water/broth is absorbed by the rice and rice is cooked all the way through. Once rice is cooked, remove from heat and add the beans. Gently stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.To serve, on a large plate add a couple of tablespoons of the rice, fried eggs, tortilla wraps and MAMA’S ajvar .

250 grams sushi rice
2 ripe avocadoes
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
400 grams raw salmon, cut into long strips
1 jar MAMA’S Malizzano Mild, 290g.
2 sheets nori, cut into small squares
50 ml. Japaneese Sriracha Mayonnaise (optional)
Soy sauce (optional)
Instructions Cook sushi rice according to the package instructions. In a small bowl mash avocado with the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside.Then you need to make burger buns out of the rice. In order to that you will need to wet your hands and then grab little bit of sushi rice and form it into tight round burger buns. Prepare all buns and set aside.On a serving platter, place a piece of nori. Place one burger bun half on top of nori. Spread over some of your avocado mixture and smooth out. Roll up a piece of salmon and pop it in the middle of your burger, then wrap additional pieces of salmon around the first roll until, you reach the width of the bun. Place another piece of nori on top of the salmon, then spread one layer of Malidgano. Top with burger bun half. Sprinkle some black sesame on top.Serve with Japanese mayonnaise and soy sauce.
